FAQs

I am a dealer and want to use Metrolina Credit Company to help my customers secure financing. How do I get set up?

Simply give your local branch a call, or email us at info@metrolinacredit.com and a representative will help you out from there.  We can work with virtually any licensed Automobile Dealership in our local market regardless of size, franchise or independent status, or time in business.  We will help tailor programs that work for you and your customers, as we truly are YOUR local lending partner.

 

 

 

Do I need to maintain Full Coverage Insurance on my vehicle?

Yes.  Metrolina Credit Company does require you maintain full coverage (comprehensive and collision) insurance on your vehicle while your account is open with us.  Simply have your insurance agent or company list Metrolina as the loss payee.

What if I have a complaint or a problem (about my account, about a Metrolina employee, about anything pertaining to my account or service, etc.)?

We encourage you to contact your local office and ask to speak with the Branch Manager.  Most of the time, the Branch Manager can address your concerns and resolve any issues there might be.  However, if you do not feel comfortable doing this, or if you have done this and your situation has still not been resolved to your satisfaction, you can contact our Customer Service Department by emailing us at:

We will respond to your email as quickly as possible – usually by the end of the next business day at the latest.  Your satisfaction is important to us, so please do not hesitate to let us know if there is an issue.

What if I am going to be late on my payment?

Although making your payment on time every month is the best way to re-establish or establish your credit, and is also the best way to minimize the interest you pay on your loan, we understand that life happens.  If you know you are going to be late, all you need to do is give your local branch a call and notify us of your situation.  We will work with you and help set up agreeable arrangements.  Communication is key, and we can always work customers who are willing to work with us and who keep the lines of communication open.
